If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at support@aitripz.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Size or preference

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the size selection before ordering.

Cancellations

Production starts right after payment, so orders generally can't be cancelled or changed once placed. If you ordered by mistake, contact us right away and we'll see what's possible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method.
